ordershield_smWhen: Wednesday, March 4th, 2015 @ 8 PM EST
Where: Castle British’s RBG Headquarters, South of the Castle Stables.

Official RBG Regiments and Town Guards,

With the addition of the Player Event Coordinator, we can utilize the tools give to us to work on some story-driven content for all official RBG units. With that said we would like to get together to see about creating a storyline plot that all RBG Guards can enjoy. The captain will work together to facilitate these storylines but the outcomes and interactions will be left to be organically developed. So while the general outline of the plot will be pre-planned, what players do with it will not. Continue Reading

RBG of Britain Proposed Rework of Castle British for the City Jail

After attending several of Gov. Romanus’ Town Halls, it has become clear that our initial request to the Governor for a full Judicial Building that includes not only a jail but a courthouse is too much for citizens to accept at this time.  So after giving it much thought and meeting with my comrades, we have submitted the proposal outlined below.

A Sad Farewell

The funerals began today for the many that lost their lives on board the USS Odyssey.  Earlier in the week the RBG regiments in a combined effort had exceptionally searched, found, fought, and bested Corgul the Soulbinder.  But among our cheers of victory came the sad realization that the crew had not survived the torture that Corgul had put them through,  so tears were shed.   We searched the island far and wide for any sign of prisoners, but among the sands were personal items that we recovered to bring to the families.  Of course Corgul wasn’t concerned with any of such items,  he had wanted souls.  It is souls that feed his power and he’s bound to be hungry once more.

corgul-theopenseaLoading up the USS Gatekeeper, RBG Class A Ship with all our needed supplies, including ammo, we set sail from Vesper after our trip had us search through Covetous to find the Sacrificial Brazier to which we donated one world map and one treasure map. In return, Corgul’s magic sought to give us the location of the hidden island.  The legends were true.  We were joined by the ever-dutiful Rangers of Spiritwood, who serve as the RBG regiment for Skara Brae, and the Vesper Guard.  It was a nice surprise to see the Governor of Vesper himself show up to roll up his sleeves for his citizens.  One of the passengers on the crew had hailed from the city of Vesper. He told me he felt a responsibility to aid in the search as he knew the family.  There had been several crewmates from Skara Brae, from Trinsic, from Britain, from Jhelom, and from Umbra. It was nice to see the Governor so steadfast. Breaking the Illusion

crystal_brazierAfter interviewing the witnesses in Trinsic,  the regiments got together and formulated a plan of action. We on our part went back to gather as much information as we could on the supposed lore of Corgul himself.  We found out that the one thing he most desires is to recover his late wife’s jewels which during his life he had buried deep in a chest.  But now with the curse that had been placed upon him, he couldn’t remember where.  Much of his memory had been stolen from him; only bits and pieces remain.  Corgul was cursed to seep the life force of the living souls that come in contact with him.  For that price, he was given command of the seas and the bound lifeless souls that do his bidding.
